J. Cole plays two all-ages shows at Spark Arena in Auckland on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December 2026, both starting at 7pm. They are his first New Zealand concerts since 2017 and among the last dates of his Fall-Off Tour. Tickets are still sold through Ticketmaster, and no support act had been named as of 7 November.
The shows sit near the very end of a world tour that opened in Charlotte, North Carolina, in July and finishes in Johannesburg on 12 December. Auckland is also the last stop of the Australia and New Zealand leg, which starts in Brisbane and has two nights each in Melbourne and Sydney. Below are the answers to the questions Kiwi fans are asking most, from age limits and ticket prices to the setlist and how to get to the arena.
When is J. Cole in Auckland?
J. Cole plays Spark Arena on Saturday 5 December and Sunday 6 December 2026. Auckland’s official events listing gives a 7pm show time for both nights, and there is no other New Zealand date. When the tour was announced in February, Saturday 5 December was the only New Zealand date listed, and Sunday is the second Auckland night.
| Night | Date | Venue | Show time | Age |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Night one | Saturday 5 December 2026 | Spark Arena, Auckland | 7pm | All ages |
| Night two | Sunday 6 December 2026 | Spark Arena, Auckland | 7pm | All ages |
Door times had not been published as of 7 November, and Live Nation’s event page says door and show times can change without notice. Wellington, Christchurch and the rest of the country do not get a show.
Is the J. Cole NZ concert R18?
No. Live Nation lists both Auckland shows as “All Ages”, so the J. Cole concerts are not R18. Spark Arena’s own rules still apply: children under 14 must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over at all times, and nobody under 18 can drink alcohol inside, even if a parent buys it.

Only people over 18 can buy at the bars, and the arena accepts a HANZ 18+ card, a New Zealand driver’s licence or an international passport as ID.
How much are J. Cole tickets in NZ?
Tickets for J. Cole in Auckland range from $116 to $546, according to Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s event listing, which was last updated on 6 November 2026. Ticketmaster is the official agent, and neither night was marked sold out on 7 November.
The VIP Early Entry Package includes a general admission standing ticket with priority floor access, early entry, a tour gift, a laminate and lanyard, early access to merchandise where available, and a designated VIP check-in. VIP holders do not get a separate area. Once doors open they share the floor with general admission.
Presales ran from Wednesday 18 February, and general sale opened at 11am on Friday 20 February. Spark Arena warns that tickets bought from sites other than Ticketmaster may not be valid, so treat resale listings with care.
Who is opening for J. Cole in NZ?
No opening act has been announced for the Auckland shows. As of 7 November 2026, Live Nation’s line-up for both nights lists only J. Cole. We will add the opener here as soon as the promoter confirms one.
What will J. Cole play? The Fall-Off Tour setlist
Expect a show of about two hours that opens with new songs from The Fall-Off. On opening night in Charlotte he played 34 songs in nearly two hours, Men’s Journal reported, split into three acts: the new album, the career hits, then a closing run.
Setlist.fm’s average setlist, built from 49 of the tour’s shows, has “39 Intro” as the opener and “Quik Stop” as the last song at all 49, and only two of them had an encore. Some of the songs he has played most often, act by act:
- Act one, The Fall-Off: 39 Intro, Two Six, SAFETY, Run a Train, Poor Thang, Legacy
- Act two, the hits: A Tale of 2 Citiez, Fire Squad, WHO TF IZ U, Old Dog, MIDDLE CHILD, a lot, Lights Please, 2Face, In the Morning, Nobody’s Perfect, Work Out, Can’t Get Enough, She Knows, The Let Out
- Act three, the closing run: Wet Dreamz, G.O.M.D., Life Sentence, Love Yourz, Power Trip, Planez, No Role Modelz, Quik Stop
The Fall-Off is his seventh studio album, released on 6 February 2026. The order can change from city to city, and we will add the Auckland setlist after the shows.
When was J. Cole last in NZ?
J. Cole last played New Zealand in 2017, when his 4 Your Eyez Only tour sold out Spark Arena. The Fall-Off Tour is his first solo headline tour in five years, after the 2021 Off-Season Tour, and his first full global run since 2017, so December ends a nine-year wait for Kiwi fans.
